Exchange requests must be raised within 1–2 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
We require an unboxing video for verification of claims.
Sale/Offer items are not eligible for exchange.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as dislike, size issues, or color variation.
Upon receiving the product, our team will inspect it and approve/deny based on the above criteria.

Sending the Product for Exchange
Once approved, you must ship the product back to us via any courier that provides door delivery.
We do not have return pickup options as we do not work with e-commerce logistics for returns.
Exchange/replacement will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The returned item must pass quality check (unused, unwashed, tags intact).
Important Note on Sets, Multipacks & Combos
Exchanges apply only to complete products.
Sets, multipacks, and combo packs are considered a single unit and cannot be partially exchanged.
Example: If a 3-piece combo has an issue, the entire combo must be sent back — not just one piece.
